JAYDEN PARKINSON's boyfriend Ben Blakeley may stand trial accused of killing the teenager in June.
Blakeley, 22, has just appeared at Oxford Crown Court accused of murdering 17-year-old Jayden and perverting the course of justice.
He spoke only to confirm his name and made no application for bail.
Blakeley will next appear to enter a plea on March 17 and then a trial, which may last up to one month, has been set down for June 9.
A 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Oxford Youth Court this morning and his case has been adjourned to Oxford Crown Court to appear this afternoon.
Jayden has not been seen since getting off a train at Didcot Parkway on Tuesday, December 3.
Police said on Saturday publicly the missing person's investigation had become a murder inquiry.
Officers remain searching for Jayden's body in Upton and Didcot this morning.
