The body of a man found in the River Thame on Christmas Eve has been formally identified as missing Birmingham man Michael Griffiths.
The 31-year-old had last been seen driving on the M40 northbound carriageway near junction 8a at Wheatley on Thursday, November 28.
Police yesterday said a post-mortem examination took place on Boxing Day but was inconclusive, so further tests will be carried out and could take six weeks to complete.
