Windmill Road in Oxford blocked due to accident
Windmill Road in Oxford has now been cleared after an earlier accident blocked Old Road.
Two cars, a black Vauxhall Astra and a black Mercedes, were involved in the collision at 9am.
One of the drivers - a woman - was treated by paramedics at the scene for minor injuries.
