A JURY has been sworn in for the trial of a former police constable from Banbury accused of selling personal data from Thames Valley Police’s computer system.
Sugra Hanif, 27, of Bretch Hill, faces two counts of obtaining and disclosing personal data to commit misconduct in a public office. She is accused alongside Raza Khan, 27, of Ivy Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, who is charged with conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office and obtaining personal data, and his wife, Paramjeet Kaur, 26, from the same address, who is charged with conspiracy to commit misconduct.
All three deny the charges and their trial is due to start at Winchester on Tuesday.
