HOMES in Headington are still without electricity this morning after a power cut at 5.10pm last night.
About 1,000 properties in the Demesne Furze area were cut off by a fault on the high voltage network, Southern Electric said last night.
Some 200 of those were restored power by 6.10pm, but a number of the remaining 800 are still without electricity today.
The energy firm has promised on Twitter to give further updates on the repair operation at 11am this morning.
