A thousand new jobs is I accept a good thing, but only if they are created in conjunction with an improvement in infrastructure. The A415 needs major improvement, as does the major bottleneck at Culham bridges, oh and don't forget the total nightmare that is Clifton Hampden. Creation of jobs is totally pointless if no one is able to get there because the roads are all jammed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
