A university has confirmed staff taking part in planned strike action tomorrow will have their pay docked.
Oxford Brookes University said it will implement a policy which relates to partial performance which means anyone taking part in the two-hour action will lose pay for the whole day.
Members of the University and College Union are holding three two-hour strikes in relation to a row with bosses over a proposed pay increase.
Tomorrow will be the third time since October that the union has taken action.
Colleagues at Oxford University will also be taking part in the strike - but Oxford University was unable to confirm last night if it was taking a similar policy.
