Traffic lights at Hinksey Hill in Oxford were not working over the weekend because of a power cut.
Engineers from the Highways Agency were called to the A423 Southern Bypass at the A34/Hinksey Hill Interchange on Saturday, but found that there was nothing wrong with the traffic lights and the problem was caused by a power cut.
Power was restored to the lights today.
