Adam Wilson, 30, of no fixed address, admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis in Bicester on September 24. Fined £100, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Lauren Hughes, 21, of Hazeldene Close, Eynsham admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis in Witney on April 18. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Simon Cox, 39, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford admitted using threatening words, behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Watlington Road, Cowley, Oxford on January 21. Given a six-month conditional discharge, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £45 costs.

Andrew Walters, 35, of Banbury Road, Oxford admitted drink driving in St Giles, Oxford on January 20. Had 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £230 and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Terry Wakeling, 34, of Bonar Road, Headington, Oxford admitted shoplifting meat worth £60 belonging to Swindon Gloucester Co-operative on January 9. Jailed for eight weeks.

Keith Birch, 34, of Barleyfields, Didcot admitted shoplifting eight joints of beef worth a total of £80 from Co-operative in Broadway, Didcot on December 23. Also stole meat, alcohol and other food worth £199.10 from the BP Service Station in Milton Heights on December 30. Four other crimes taken into consideration. Community order made with a drug rehabilitation order and a supervision requirement. Told to pay a total of £214.92 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Gareth Edwards, 32, of no fixed address, admitted stealing four perfume gift sets worth £179.96 from TK Maxx in Templars Shopping Park, Between Towns Road, Oxford, on November 1. Also stole fragrances worth £579.79 from Debenhams in Oxford on January 19. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on December 9. Given a seven-day prison sentence because of his history of offending.

Christopher Travis, 54, of no fixed address, admitted carrying a kitchen knife in the Probation Service office in St Aldate’s, Oxford on February 11. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in the Jolly Farmer Pub in Oxford on February 8. Given a 10-week prison sentence because he produced the knife in a public office. Fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Paul Armstrong, 34, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by communicating with someone he was banned from communicating with in Old Road, Headington, on February 12. Also admitted, without reasonable excuse, failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order made on February 10 by Oxford Magistrates Court. Given a three-month prison sentence because it was the third breach of an order and was committed while he was subject to a suspended sentence order.

Jamaine James, 33, of Paradise Street, Oxford, convicted of two counts of handling stolen goods at Oxford Homeless Pathways, Luther Street, Oxford, on July 5. Goods were a Nokia 300 mobile phone worth £100 and a Nokia N8 mobile phone worth £100. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Also ordered to return the phones to their owners.

Mark Kelly, 31, of Barton Lane, Headington, Oxford, admitted breaching a restraining order by harassment in Barton Lane, Headington, Oxford, on January 27 by sending abusive text messages. Fined £150 and told to pay a £20 victims' surcharge and £40 costs.

Ryszard Chrzastek, 41, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of vodka worth £15.50 from Sainsbury’s in the Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford, on January 24. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Emmanuel Goonasekerampulle, 49, of Deanfield Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Botley Road, Oxford on December 13. Had 44 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £415. Also told to pay a £41 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Daisy Wood, 21, of Holland Place, Headington, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Park End Street, Oxford, on January 25. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Lewis Grant, 21, of North Drive, Harwell, near Didcot, admitted assault by beating in Broadway, Didcot, on January 1. Community order made with 80-hour unpaid work requirement. Told to pay £50 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Raymond Manclark, 61, of Ouse Close, Didcot, admitted drink driving on the A4130 in Didcot on January 26. Had 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 20-month driving ban and fined £400. Also told to pay a £40 victims' surcharge and £85 in costs.

Ashley Nimmo, 25, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing two bags of Maltesers worth £4.20 from Tesco in St Aldate’s, Oxford on January 23. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court for persistently begging and failing to surrender. Fined £25 and told to pay a £20 victims' surcharge.

Holly Muir, 28, of Long Furlong Road, Sunningwell, near Abingdon, convicted of assault by beating in Long Furlong Road, Sunningwell, near Abingdon on January 22. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs.

Leigh Stentiford, 29, of Station Road, Brize Norton, Carterton, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Langdale Court, Witney, on January 26. Fined £75 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Catherine Orona, 44, of Farm Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving on Kennington Road, Radley, on January 27. Had 58 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath over the legal limit of 35 mg. Fined £275 and ordered to pay a £27 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Victoria Trinder, 25, of Territorial Way, Headington, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Park End Street, Oxford, on January 26. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Desmon Jones, 30, of Ownes Way, Cowley, Oxford, admitted stealing £100 worth of meat from Rose Hill Co-op on January 21. Given a 10 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

BANBURY

Kelly Flower, 23, of The Avenue, Middleton Cheney, was convicted of drink driving on Ermont Way, Banbury, on September 23, with 154 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, over the legal limit of 80mg. Admitted damaging an electricity pole on the road. Banned from driving for 20 months and fined £215. Ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs.
