There have been no reports of any arrests following an armed robbery in Headington.

Police were yesterday unable to give further details of the incident which took place at the Post Office on London Road on Friday afternoon. Last Friday, the police said a man armed with a knife attempted to rob the Post Office. When he demanded money, staff refused and he left.

So the tramatised postal staff (wjho are excellent), the long line of customers (abnd there always is a long line) could not provide a description, let along their method escape (usually bicycle).
