No charge over St Ebbe's assault
A 40-year-old Bicester man arrested in connection with a serious assault in St Ebbe’s Street last Friday has been released without charge.
He was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm following the incident at about 3am.
A 23-year-old man was admitted to hospital with head injuries and police cordoned off the street between Pembroke Street and the end of the Camera nightclub.
