City MP Nicola Blackwood has called for action in Parliament to protect the victims of female genital mutilation (FGM) and secure more prosecutions.
The Oxford West and Abingdon MP asked Home Secretary Theresa May on Monday about the training and expertise of the police and Crown Prosecution Service.
