A41 at Bicester blocked following an accident
THE A41 roundabout near Neunkirchen Way is partially blocked following an accident involving a lorry this morning.
Information is that the lorry is blocking the Rodney House roundabout after going straight over the roundabout in the fog.
Traffic can get through Northbound onto the A421 but not straight over on the A41. Police are on the scene.
