Krisztian Mester, 31, Bankside, Banbury admitted drink-driving in Broad Street, Banbury, on February 16. Had 86 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £370, a £37 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Charlie Murray, 22, of Sheep Street, Bicester, admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis in Sheep Street, Bicester, on February 15. Also admitted breaching a conditional discharge handed out after he was found in possession of cannabis on October 12. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, fined £35, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £45 costs.

David Stanley, 29, of Chaffinch Road, Bicester, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Sheep Street, Bicester, on February 15. Fined £105, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Laura Jeacock, 29, of Ashby Court, Newland Road, Banbury, convicted of driving without insurance in Meadow Drive, Banbury, on August 28. Fined £600, a £60 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Nathanial Bertram, 28, of Townsend Square, Oxford, admitted breaching a restraining order in Oxford on February 15. Fined £230, a £23 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs.

Paul Coffin, 37, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two bottles of fragrances worth £53 from Boots in Cornmarket Street, Oxford on March 2. Given a one-year conditional discharge and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge.

John Loveridge, 23, of Tenacre Caravan Park, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted breaching a restraining on February 28. Given an 18-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.

Shumon Hassan, 18, of Humfrey Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis at Abingdon Police Station on February 13. Community order made and told to do 80 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Also told to pay a £45 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Christopher Newitt, 25, of Rookery Court, Didcot, admitted possession of Class A drug cocaine at Rooks Lane, Thame, on January 11. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Emily McIlvenna, 30, of Forest Hill, Oxford, admitted speeding above the 30mph limit on Bayswater Road, Oxford, on August 7. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge, £65 costs and licence endorsed with six points

Graham Ralph, 44, of Andersey Way, Abingdon, admitted exceeding 40mph limit on Reading Road, Reading, on August 8. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Stephen Waine, 60, of Celandine Place, Oxford, admitted exceeding the 40mph speed limit on the A40 at Great Milton on August 8. Fined £127 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Patrick Ward, 55, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, admitted exceeding 30mph limit in Sandford-on-Thames on September 13. Fined £140 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Maria Whittington, 52, of Beech Croft Road, Oxford, admitted speeding over the 30mph limit on Foxhall Road, Didcot, on August 8. Fined £185 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Zoey Beard, 19, of Blenheim Drive, Witney, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Corn Street, Witney, on Christmas Day. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tobias Bruce, 22, of Milestone Road, Carterton, admitted failing to report to Abingdon Police Station on February 14, having been released on bail. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Samuel Cooper, 22, of Deer Park, Witney, admitted failing to comply with the directions of a police constable, having been told to leave the vicinity of New Road, Oxford, on February 14, in order to avoid alcohol-related crime or disorder. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Sylvia Creer, 59, of Stowford Road, Headington, Oxford, was convicted of failing to tell the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances she knew would affect her entitlement to income support from 2011 to 2012, namely that she was in work. Also convicted of the same offence between 2002 and last year by failing to report that she was in receipt of an occupational pension. Community order made with three-month curfew. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £500 costs.

Adam Mulinka, 27, of Mill Street, Kidlington, Oxford, admitted assault by beating on January 14 in St Mary’s Road, Oxford. Community order made with domestic violence requirement for 90 days and supervision for two years. Told to pay £250 compensation, £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Devon Arnold, 18, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a Morris Minor in Oxford on January 13. Community order made with seven-day training requirement and 12-month supervision. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Terence O’Sullivan, 70, of Old Mill Close, Grove, near Wantage, admitted failing to notify Department for Work and Pensions of circumstances change she knew would affect entitlement to pension credit between 2005, and 2012, that he had capital in excess of the permitted limit. Fined £50 and to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs.

Michael Trinder, 23, of Corunna Crescent, Oxford, admitted stealing hairbands worth £36 from The Clarendon Centre, Cornmarket Street, Oxford, worth £36 from Claire’s Accessories on January 11. Community order made with six-month supervision and a £60 victims’ surcharge.
