JAYDEN Parkinson's boyfriend Ben Blakeley has admitted killing the 17-year-old.
However the 22-year-old has denied murdering her and a provisional date of June 16 has been set for a trial at Oxford Crown Court.
Blakeley of Christchurch Road, Reading, appeared at Oxford Crown Court this morning. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter and perverting the course of justice but not guilty to murder.
The manslaughter plea was not accepted by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and a trial will take place later this year.
A 17-year-old Didcot boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded not guilty to perverting the course of justice.
Jayden's body was found in December in a grave at the Great Western Cemetery next to All Saints Church in Didcot after she went missing.
