PUTTING his best foot forward for Sport Relief, one ‘runner’ took on the challenge of completing a one-mile course in cross-country skis.
Colin May, 63, right, from East Oxford, was among 300 people who braved hail storms at Oxford’s Cutteslowe Park yesterday.
Mr May, who completed the course in North Oxford in 29 minutes, said: “I’m a keen skier and so thought ‘why not?’ “I entered at the last minute, but want to raise about £50.”
