The case was heard at Oxford Magistrates' Court
A BOUNCER has denied assaulting a punter as he removed him from an Oxford city centre venue.
Joshua Thorne, 20, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday and pleaded not guilty to the common assault in George Street on January 1.
Thorne, of Normandy Crescent in Cowley, was released on bail to appear for trial on July 8.
