Man charged with GBH after pub fight in Witney
A 39-YEAR-OLD man has been charged after a man was taken to hospital following a pub fight.
David Hopkins, of Milton-under-Wychwood, is due to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with grievous bodily harm with intent following the incident at The Red Lion in Corn Street in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The victim, who is in his 20s, is being treated at the John Radcliffe Hospital and police have said he is in a serious but stable condition.
