A former teacher has been charged with sex crimes against a boy in the 1970s.

David William Tuohy, of White House Road, Oxford, is accused of four counts of sexual assault and four counts of a serious sexual offence, alleged to have taken place at an independent school in Norfolk.

The 82-year-old has been bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
