Two charges have been dropped in a case involving three men.
Bilal Ahmed, 27, Mustafa Ahmed, 26 and Zeeshan Ahmed, 28, are due to stand trial in Oxford Crown Court on May 19.
Bilal, of Maidenhead, denies sexually abusing a girl in 2011, but a charge that he raped another girl was dropped yesterday.
Zeeshan, of Palmer Road, Wood Farm, Oxford, has also had one count of perverting the course of justice against him dropped, but still faces one further count of the same offence, which he denies.
Mustafa, of London, denies carrying out a rape and a sexual assault. Bilal was bailed and Zeeshan and Mustafa are in custody.
