An off-licence supervisor accused of stealing £4,330 on his last day at work has been found not guilty.
Marc Lyall, 23, of Delph Road, Liverpool, has been cleared of one count of theft on March 13 last year while working at McColl’s in Market Square.
It was alleged at Oxford Crown Court that a total of £4,330 went missing on his last day and he was responsible.
But yesterday a jury unanimously found him not guilty of the charge.
