A teenager who was not expected to live more than six weeks has died months after celebrating her 13th birthday.
Victoria Dyer died after a short illness on April 29, at Oxford’s Helen and Douglas House hospice.
She inspired members of her family, including dad Danny, and brothers Daniel, 23, Ben, 22, and Luke, 17, to raise more than £36,000 for the organisations that supported them, including the hospice and Rosy – Respite nursing for Oxfordshire’s Sick Youngsters.
Her funeral is being held on Friday at St Edburg’s Church, Bicester, at 1pm.
