Thames Valley Police
A 28-year-old man has been released without charge after he was held on suspicion of stealing a Rolex watch.
The watch was taken in a tea shop in High Street during a private sale in March.
The suspect from Witney answered bail on May 2 and was told he would not face any charges, but Thames Valley Police only released this information on Wednesday.
