Police broke up an illegal music event at Christmas Common's Queen Wood and asked about 50 people to leave.
Police were called at 11.15am on Saturday. The scene was cleared by 2pm and there were no arrests.
It came after police warned farmers, landowners, and countryside residents about the risk of raves over the summer.
Thames Valley Police sent out a message about the illegal music events on Friday and warned they can last an entire weekend.
South Oxfordshire and Vale community messaging co-ordinator Carol Rudd said landowners should block off access to their land and make security checks.
