A 55-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder after police discovered the body of a 33-year-old man in a city flat was today released on bail.
Michael Stephen Broadway was found dead by police at a flat where he was staying on South Bridge Row, St Aldates on Sunday at about 9.15am.
Thames Valley Police had been called to concerns of the welfare of a man at the row of properties at near The Head of the River.
A post-mortem carried out yesterday proved inconclusive pending further toxicology and histology tests and police are treating the death as unexplained.
The 55-year-old was bailed to July 25.
