TRAFFIC was severely delayed on the A40 this afternoon as police talked a man down from a bridge.
Thames Valley Police was called to the fear for welfare incident above the Northern Bypass near Marston shortly before 4pm.
Police spokeswoman Rhianne Pope said the man was down safely and the road reopened at 4.45pm.
