Oxford Bus Company has produced a series of cards for disabled passengers to identify their needs to bus drivers.
The 12 Journey Assistance Cards cover disabilities, including deafness and visual impairment or advise the driver to allow the passenger to get seated before moving off.
Operations director Phil Southall said: “These cards will help both the passengers and our drivers to make the journey as easy and comfortable as possible.”
