About 50 members of Unison yesterday protested outside Headington’s Warneford Hospital against NHS pay conditions.
Two thirds of staff will see their pay frozen for a fourth year, while others have seen a rise of less than one per cent.
Unison spokesman Ian Mckendrick said: “Increasing pressure to deliver more on shrinking wages is undermining patient care.”
Union members will be balloted later this year on whether to strike.
