A TEAM of nine northerners made a special trip down south to raise money for Oxfam.
Jacqui Power, from Preston, dressed up as movie character Austin Powers for the ride, which raised more than £900.
She said: “We had lots of fun. It was remarkable how kind people in Oxfordshire were.”
Alongside a cake sale and tombola, team members also cycled 150 miles on a static exercise bike after they arrived at Gloucester Green recently.
