A FLASHER followed a dog walker down an Oxford footpath before exposing himself in front of her.

The crime happened off Jackdaw Lane in Iffley at about 12.30pm on Tuesday last week but police released the information today.

Police described the suspect as in his mid to late 20s, about 5ft 8in, with short and shaved dark hair and tanned skin.

He was wearing a red baggy t-shirt and shorts.
