Police up their patrols after kids offered lifts

The Oxford Times: . .

Police have stepped up patrols around schools after reports of children being offered lifts home by a stranger.

Wood Green School and Madley Park Primary School have issued warnings to parents about the man, who is believed to be travelling in a white van.

The schools said police had stepped up patrols in the area at the start and end of the school day.

Thames Valley Police did not respond to the Oxford Mail’s requests for information.

Arrogance.

TVP work for the public and when I last checked we still had a free Press.
Perhaps a call to the police and crime commissioner is in order?
