A 79-year-old woman agreed to pay a farmer £155 after her dog attacked one of his sheep.
The woman’s border collie cross dog injured the lamb in a field off Medcroft Road, Tackley, last Monday at about 8.30am. The sheep later had to be put down.
She came forward to police and agreed to pay the money as part of a restorative justice disposal order for allowing her dog to be dangerously out of control.
