Detailed plans for the next phase of the 6,000-home eco-town to be built on the outskirts of Bicester have been submitted to Cherwell District Council.
The application from developers A2Dominion for North West Bicester has yet to be checked over by council officials and will not be available to view online until then.
It includes plans for homes, a school, shops, parks and road layouts.
Work on phase one, the Exemplar, is already under way and started in March.
