CYCLISTS led a demonstration against human trafficking in Oxford city centre on Friday.

A team of 14 cyclists, part of the Cycle for Freedom tour visiting Oxford, led a march through Cornmarket Street with their arms bound to highlight trafficking issues.

The demonstration was supported by OXCAT (Oxford Community Against Trafficking).

OXCAT spokesman Mark Wheeler said: “It was a very successful demonstration because it attracted a lot of attention in the middle of the city centre.
