KEEN county authors are encouraged to put their writing skills to the test this year.
Oxfordshire County Council’s library service launched its Short Story Ebook competition earlier this month.
Residents are encouraged to enter their original short story to be in the chance of having some of their work published electronically.
Winning work will also be available for library ebook customers to borrow.

Prizes will be awarded to entries in the Young Adult section, for youngsters aged between 14 and 17, and for adults aged 18 and over.
The competition closes on December 31, before a panel of librarians select winners in January.
