PRIME Minister and Witney MP David Cameron reaffirmed his faith in Oxfordshire’s Formula 1 industry yesterday, despite one county firm going into liquidation and another into administration.
Congratulating Lewis Hamilton on his Formula 1 championship win, Mr Cameron said Britain should be proud of its industry.
He said: “This is an enormous industry for our country. There are 43,000 people employed in Oxfordshire in this industry and it is also worth remembering it’s not just F1.”
