Trains between Oxford and London are delayed due to signalling problems
TRAIN services between Oxford and London are being delayed this morning because of signalling problems.
Both Cross County and First Great Western are reporting delays up to 25 minutes because of the failure at Appleford.
There is no estimate of when normal service will resume.
