Matthew Dobbs, 25, of Pegasus Road, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted stealing a drink and ice lollies worth £3.10 from Sainsbury’s on September 12. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Luke Grant, 28, of no fixed address, admitted stealing four bottles of brandy worth £99.96 from The Co-op in Cowley, Oxford, on July 23. Told to pay £35 compensation.

Andy Harris, 36, of no fixed address, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Oxford on September 29. Fined £200 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Nicholas Black, 33, of Great Clarendon Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Oxford on October 16. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Raymond Clark, 53, of Bonar Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted breaching an anti-social behaviour order by using threatening words or behaviour in London Road, Headington, on November 29. David Brooks, of Meadow Way, Didcot, was convicted of stealing a handbag and its contents in Bath Street, Abingdon, on February 27. Also admitted failing to surrender to the custody of Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 17. Given an 18-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months because his crime was committed against a vulnerable elderly victim and it had a large effect on her. Made subject to supervision requirement for 12 months and told to pay £100 compensation and an £80 victims’ surcharge.

Simon Burke, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on September 4 by being absent from the place of his curfew for 16 hours and 37 minutes. Fined £650 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Gianmichelle Incani, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a Pc Angela Potter on November 26. Given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 in compensation, a victims’ surcharge of £15 and £55 in costs.

Nathan Padar, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Oxford on November 3. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £20 and £45 in costs.

Derek Jackson, 81, of Taylor Close, Bicester, admitted causing criminal damage worth £4,580.76 to a Mercedes-Benz in Taylor Close, Bicester, on May 27. Fined £350 and told to pay £450 compensation, a £35 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jeffery Burgess, 21, of Tristram Road, Ducklington, near Witney, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Market Square, Witney, on November 21. Fined £90 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Denise King, 26, of no fixed address, admitted stealing four shirts and one pair of jeggings worth £60 from Matalan in Lower Cherwell Street, Banbury, on December 4, and perfume worth £74 from Debenhams in Castle Quay, Banbury, on October 21. Also admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence made on September 8 by Oxford Magistrates’ Court. Given an 11-week prison sentence because of repeated dishonesty and breaches of a suspended sentence. Told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £74 compensation.

Christopher Knowles, 38, of no fixed address, admitted stealing an iPad Mini and a wallet containing £80 and bank cards. Given a nine-week prison sentence because of his repeated dishonesty and criminal record. Also told to pay £100 compensation and an £80 victims’ surcharge.

Depu Mohammed, 26, of Henry Box Close, Witney, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, on November 19 in Witney. Fined £110 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Claire Richardson, 45, of Curtiss Close, Bicester, admitted driving while unfit through drink in Curtiss Close, Bicester, on November 20. Given a 24-month driving ban and fined £183. Also told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Shawn Trinder, 19, of Wenman Road, Witney, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Market Square, Witney, on November 21. Fined £90 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

McKinley Richards, 20, of Church Street, Barford St Michael, admitted two counts of assaulting police constables in the execution of their duty in Keytes Close, Adderbury, on July 23. Community order made with 60-hour unpaid work requirement and told to pay £50 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs.

Daniel Clark, 34, of Nizewell Head, Steeple Aston, near Bicester, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by trying to contact a person he was banned from contacting in Upper Heyford on October 16. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Liam Gomersall, 30, of Harolde Close, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with red or green arrow or lane closure flashing light signals in London Road, Headington on March 20. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given three points on driving licence.
