DRIVERS in Oxford city centre are facing delays on their way to work this morning.

Temporary traffic lights in Thames Street, for work on the new Westgate Centre, are causing hold-ups, and for the second day running the traffic lights at the Kennington roundabout are not working.

Oxford city centre is congested, but roads outside of the city are mainly clear.

Headington Road, however, between the centre and Headington, is still plagued by stop-start traffic.
