CHILDREN took to the stage to put on a colourful performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

After four weeks of rehearsals, 136 youngsters from years three and four at Bure Park Primary School in Bicester put on an “incredible” performance of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical.

Grace Moore, nine, from Bure Park, said: “When I first heard I had got the part as Joseph I felt really excited and could not wait. When I was on stage I wanted to do the best I could, the show was the best I have ever been in.”

Tom Rowlinson, nine, also from Bure Park, said: “I had lots of fun on stage with my friends.”
