TRAFFIC is mostly free-flowing on Oxford’s roads this morning, but congestion is beginning to build.
Queues are forming on the A420 approaching Botley Interchange, which was yesterday congested into early afternoon as works begin this week on the westbound carriageway.
There is also moderate congestion on the A410 coming into Oxford from Eynsham and Witney.
And as usual there is slow-moving traffic on Botley Road and London Road Headington.
