A MAN was pushed to the ground and assaulted by three men in Garth Park on Saturday.

Thames Valley Police said the assault happened between 5pm and 7pm when the 32-year-old victim was walking through the park in Launton Road.

He was approached by three men and pushed to the ground before being repeatedly kicked.

As the victim ran away his Samsung S6 fell from his pocket and is believed to have been taken by the offenders.

The three men were white, one had blonde hair and one wore a white t shirt.

Investigating officer from Bicester Police Station PC Tina Maulson said: “The park was very busy at this time so it is possible that the incident was witnessed by a number of people."
