Allan Scotland, 47, of Strathmore Close, Carterton, admitted being in charge of a vehicle in Strathmore Close on April 6 after consuming more alcohol than permitted by the legal limit. Had 365 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £200 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points.

Andrea Selby, 32, of Canterbury Close, Banbury, admitted stealing DVDs worth £15 from the Help the Aged shop in Banbury on May 4. Fined £30 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Graham Taylor, 53, of Longendes Way, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Spiceball Park Road, Banbury, on May 13. Fined £35 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

James Anderson, 37, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted breaching a community order made by Banbury Magistrates’ Court on March 25 by failing to attend unpaid work on June 9 and June 16. Made subject to a community order requiring him to carry out 10 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months in addition to the 50 hours unpaid work required by the initial community order. Ordered to pay a £100 criminal courts charge.

Alexander Barry, 22, of Aston Street, Oxford, convicted of speeding at 77mph in a 50mph zone on Eastern Bypass, Oxford, on September 4. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from driving for 14 days.

Ian Buckland, 56, of Steventon Road, Abingdon, convicted of failing to give information about the identity of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence when required in Banbury between September 9 and October 7. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Had driving licence endorsed with six points.

Christopher Davies, 32, of Geoffrey Tuttle Drive, Benson, admitted speeding at 108mph in a 60mph zone on the A4074 in Dorchester on July 28, 2014. Fined £450 and ordered to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving license endorsed with six points.

Nancy Homewood, 28, of Shenington Road, Epwell, Banbury, admitted speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone in Witney Road, Standlake, on October 30. Fined £185 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

John Boyle, 50, of North Road, Didcot, was convicted of failing to supply police with information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury between August 14 and September 11. Fined £450 and ordered to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £65 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points, but not disqualified because he would lose employment, has a disabled son and takes a fellow employee to work.

Robert Webb, 59, of Faringdon Court, Fairmile, Cholsey, admitted speeding at 47mph in a 30mph zone on the A329 at Reading on August 19. Fined £165 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £65 costs. Banned from holding a driving licence for six months.

Robert Elliott, 39, of Burns Crescent, Bicester, admitted failing to notify Cherwell District Council of changes in circumstance affecting entitlement to benefit, namely that his partner was working between September 19, 2013, and April 7, 2014. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Ridgeway Coaches Ltd, c/o 6 Newbury Street, Wantage, admitted allowing Christopher Loader to drive a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle in Fernham Road, Faringdon, without a licence on December 12. Fined £550 and ordered to pay a £55 victim surcharge and £301 costs.

Connor Buckley, 18, of Nuffield Close, Bicester, was convicted of getting on a train at Bicester North station without having paid his £4.90 fare and with intent to avoid payment on May 6. Fined £265 and ordered to pay £4.90 compensation, a £27 victim surcharge, £130 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Richard Markwell, 24, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to hand over a train ticket when asked to do so by an authorised person at High Wycombe on January 29. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £4.80 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £130 costs.

Ayaz Mohammed, 26, of Kings Way, Banbury, admitted entering a train without having a valid ticket to travel at Bicester North railway station on May 6. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £4.30 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, £100 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
