Lorry driver fined for phone usage
A lorry driver was stopped at the Wolvercote Roundabout yesterday and slapped with a £100 fine for using his phone.
The LGV pulled over on to Sunderland Avenue at about 1pm and was also given three points on a ghost licence. Ghost licences record points racked up by non-UK licence holders for offences in this country.
