Ricky Anderson, 30, of Atwell Place, Oxford, admitted damaging a door of an unknown value belonging to Oxfordshire County Council in Oxford on August 8. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Janet Millikin, 59, of Fitchett Yard, Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on July 19. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

William Moggach, 51, of Blackthorn Avenue, Carterton, admitted drink-driving on the A34 at Milton on September 4. Had 96 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 24 months.

Gean Ronchi, 41, of Wood Farm Road, Headington, admitted keeping an unlicensed car in South Parks Road on March 13. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £48.35 in vehicle exercise back duty and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Christopher Whyte, 45, of Church Cottages, Nuneham Courtenay, admitted drink-driving in Henley Road, Shillingford, on August 1. Had 144 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mg. Fined £245 and ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 20 months.

Owen Maughan, 53, of Longlands Road, Oxford, convicted of threatening a man in Crowberry Road, Oxford, on July 18. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £1,000 criminal courts charge.

Michael Kearney, 45, of Foresters Tower, Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Iffley Road, Oxford, on March 2. Made subject to a community order requiring him to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 30 days. Also admitted racially aggravated harassment in Oxford on March 8. Ordered to pay a total of £150 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, £400 costs and a £100 fine.

Ricky Kilroy, 32, of Queensway, Didcot, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Didcot on June 11. Fined £75 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Alfred Loveridge, 31, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a charity box of unknown value from St Mary’s Church, Parsons Lane, Ewelme, between August 27 and September 4. Sentenced to four months in prison suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £200 compensation, and £80 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Sami Selimi, 39, of Charlton Village Road, Charlton, Wantage, admitted harassment without violence by making direct threats to a man and indirect threats to the same man via a woman in Argos in Kings Park, Limborough Road, Wantage, on September 5. Made subject to a restraining order and fined £300. Ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Ian Lindsay, 41, of Northampton Road, Oxford, admitted stealing fresh meat worth £78.03 from Sainsbury’s in Cowley Road, Oxford, on September 5. Also admitted stealing meat worth £22.08 from Sainsbury’s in London Road, Headington, on May 28. Given a 16-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £50 costs, £22.08 compensation and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Jacob Keeble, 20, of Coniston Avenue, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Gloucester Green, Oxford, on April 26. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Gloucester Green on the same date. Given a 16 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £125 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

BANBURY

Claire Clarke, 50, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, admitted assaulting three males by beating them in Kidlington on August 18 and 19. Restraining order made against the victims until September 2016. Fined £450 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Jacob Hedley, 40, of no fixed address, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order by meeting a woman he was prohibited from seeing at Spiceball Park in Banbury on August 1. Given a three-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Jakub Glowinski, 22, of Albert Street, Banbury, admitted assaulting Alan Groat in Banbury on July 5. Also admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty and possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, on the same date. Fined £650 and ordered to pay a £23 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Thomas Potts, 29, of Farmers Close, Witney, admitted harassing a woman in Carterton between August 19 and August 20 by staring through her window, flashing his car headlights at the house and leaving voicemails. Given a community order requiring 60 hours of unpaid work and a restraining order against the victim until September 14, 2016. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Gary Smith, 26, of Cotswold Crescent, Chipping Norton, convicted of harassing a woman in Banbury between April 26 and May 10 by sending her sexually explicit images, making threatening phone calls and text messages of a similar nature. Also convicted of assaulting the same woman by beating her at Cotswold Crescent on March 1 and March 30. Sent to prison for 26 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £620 costs and a £520 criminal courts charge.
