HEAVY traffic is congesting roads throughout Oxford and across the county this evening.
In Oxford, Botley Road is moving slowly both ways, as are Cowley Road, London Road in Headington, Abingdon Road and Banbury Road.
Woodstock Road is moving slowly out of town and Iffley Road is less congested.
The A34 is clogged up northbound and southbound between North Abingdon and Oxford and moving very slowly southbound between Abingdon and Didcot.
The A34 is also moving slowly northbound between Kidlington and Bicester.
And, as usual, the A40 is blocked up between Oxford and Witney.
Stagecoach is reporting delays up to 16 minutes in West Oxfordshire.
No accidents have been reported but there are ongoing roadworks at Frideswide Square, Cutteslowe Roundabout and Wolvercote Roundabout in Oxford.
