STRONG winds are expected to continue to hit Oxfordshire today after a blustery weekend.
A yellow severe weather warning has been issued by the Met Office until this 6pm evening.
Gusts of up to 22mph are predicted in Oxfordshire, with some inland parts of the country expecting gales up to 50mph.
At least some people are enjoying the wind, pictured are eight-year-old Jonas Maynard and sister Iris, six, who had fun in the high winds at the Wolvercote Lakes over the weekend.
Heavy rain is also predicted in Oxfordshire throughout the morning, easing off about 4pm.
Temperatures look set to stay between 10C and 12C throughout the day.
