Zachary Cleden-Radford, 22, of Queens Road, Carterton, admitted drink-driving in Burford Road, Minster Lovell, on January 8. Had 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £290 and ordered to pay a £29 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 12 months.

David James, 56, of Foundry Street, Banbury, admitted stealing food items and pillows worth £146.17 from Tesco, Lockheed Close, Banbury, on January 4. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for up toa maximum of 10 days and to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Joanne McClements, 39, of Evenlode, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity on September 23 and October 7. Fined £10.

Rashad Purvis, 29, of Britannia Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence against another person in Banbury on December 20. Fined £185 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Kai Sawyer, 19, of Villiers Road, Bicester, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Bicester on January 8 and committing a further offence whilst subject to an order of conditional discharge. Fined £115 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Nicholas Carnall, 23, of Mallard Drive, Witney, admitted possessing cannabis resin, a class B drug, in Witney on December 4. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Jennifer McKie, 31, of Fritwell Road, Frewcott, admitted stealing DVDs worth £91.92 from WH Smith in Castle Quay, Banbury, on January 4 and committing a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge. Discharged conditionally for 18 months and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Chelsea Barker, 23, of Oxford Road, Bicester, admitted damaging a door of unknown value belonging to a man in Oxford Road, Bicester, on December 26 and committing a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Bartholomew Cox, 28, of Addison Road, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Banbury on November 23. Fined £200 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Helen Fisher, 45, of Claydon Road, Cropredy, admitted being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle in Tesco Express petrol station, Middleton Road, Banbury, on December 31. Had 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for six months.

Neil Foster, 40, of Edinburgh Close, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Edinburgh Way, Banbury, on January 1. Had 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, over the 35mg legal limit. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 24 months, fined £460 and ordered to pay a £46 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs.

Jay Ward, 27, of Cresswell Close, Yarnton, admitted assaulting Simon Hopkins by beating him at Kidlington Green Social Club on December 13. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

James Doran, 26, of Weald, near Bampton, admitted assaulting Police Constable Murphy in the execution of his duty and resisting Police Constable Berry at the Eagle Vaults in Market Square, Witney, on December 29. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £200 compensation, an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ciaran Brophy, 19, of Newton Purcell, admitted assaulting Richard Brophy and criminally destroying his television worth £45 on December 30 in Newton Purcell. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

George Bashir, 48, of Queens Avenue, Kidlington, admitted obstructing Police Constables Collins and Scott in the execution of their duty in Queens Avenue on December 20. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Michal Niecko, 33, of Long Lane, Oxford, was convicted of failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information which could identify a driver suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury between December 8 and January 5. Richard Stuart, 31, of no fixed address, admitted stealing meat products worth £36 from the Co-op in Burchester Place, Banbury, on January 20. Sent to prison for six weeks and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge.

Leon Harrop, 29, of Sycamore Drive, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Langdale Gate, Witney, on December 27 and damaging property belonging to Thames Valley Police of an unknown value in Witan Way, Witney, on the same date. Fined a total of £210 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge together with £85 costs.

Tom Devine, 26, of Old London Road, Milton Common, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug in Chapel Street, Watlington, on January 5. Fined £265 and ordered to pay a £27 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Shane Loveridge, 22, of Mably Grove, Wantage, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Grove Street, Wantage, on January 6. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Omar Ali, 49, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £80 cash from Ladbrokes in Oxford on November 22 and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Oxford on the same date. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £80 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Bromley, 43, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted stealing a pair of jeans worth £65 from Debenhams in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on January 5. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Simon Salaman, 24, of John Mason Road, Abingdon, admitted possessing Cannabis, a Class B drug, in John Mason Road, Abingdon, on December 10, 2014. Fined £25 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. Forfeiture of the cannabis ordered.

Anthony Walker, 30, of Bullingdon Prison, Arncott, admitted possessing a mobile phone without authority in HMP Bullingdon on May 2 last year and May 11 last year. Handed a five-month prison term. Forfeiture of the mobile phone ordered.

Daniel Fitzsimons, 29, of Nightingale Avenue, Greater Leys, admitted failing to surrender at Oxford Magistrates' Court on January 1 after being released on bail by police on December7. Fined £300 with a £20 victim surcharge.

Rupert Macfarlane, 49, of Foxburrow Lane, Hailey, Witney, admitted speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone in Ducklington Lane, Witney, on February 21. Fined £320 and ordered to pay a £32 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Deslawn Whiteman, 25, of Flatford Place, Kidlington, admitted speeding at 68mph in a 50mph zone in Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on February 21. Fined £120 with a £20 victims’ surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

John Buxton, 69, of Roxburgh Drive, Didcot, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Didcot on September 10 last year. Conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Rupert Lassen, 33, of Conifer Close, Botley, admitted assaulting Marcin Necaj by beating him in High Street, Oxford, on October 11 last year. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty on October 11 last year. Fined a total of £2,670 and ordered to pay £500 compensation, together with a £120 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
