Clean environment
Sir – I am delighted to see that Tesco and Sainsbury’s in the Cowley Road have responded to my letter in The Oxford Times (January 14) and have ‘cleaned up their act’ in terms of litter and detritus around their premises.
They have taken ownership of the problem.
Keep it up.
Let’s hope the message spreads to other supermarkets and retailers in and out of the Cowley Road.
Nothing wrong with a clean environment for us all.
