A mother whose son was killed in Afghanistan in 2009 while serving in the Royal Marines has called for more foster parents in the county.

Lee Mackie said fostering three babies since 2013 was the best thing she had ever done and urged others to do the same.

For anyone who is planning to travel to Pangbourne, Great Western Railway will not have trains stopping at the station due to engineering works.

Some early morning trains will not call at Pangbourne. Buses will run via Tilehurst. Between 0:00 and 8:00 from 28th to 8:00 on 30th May.
